This privately owned self-catering apartment in Puerto Pollensa is fully air-conditioned/centrally heated and well furnished. The flat overlooks the large three-level swimming pool which is well arranged for both adults and children. Surrounding sun terraces and gardens are attractively planted and include ornamental fish-ponds. The flat accommodation is imaginatively designed and our apartment faces south. In addition to a spacious balcony, it has a 93 sq m private roof garden. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, with one king-size, one double and two single (offset bunk) beds; all have fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is en-suite with the master bedroom and there is also a family toilet/shower room, both with thermostatic showers. Equipment is comprehensive and of a standard well above normal holiday apartment rentals; dishwasher, rotisserie fan oven, ceramic hob, Sky digital tv, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, video recorder + 15 films, DVD player + 50 films, CD stereo, and wall safe. Plus small appliances such as; juice extractor, liquidiser, electric kettle, coffee filter, cafetiere, vacuum jug, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, toaster, mosquito deterrent, weather centre, etc.
