We moved to Almeria three years ago. After looking around the costa's for our dream home in the sun, looking for a villa in the right area, but we were disappointed with what we were shown by the agents and some of their tactics. So we decided to go it alone. After a lot of hard work we found what we were looking at last. Believe me it can be very stressful. Leaning on our experience we decided to set up a small company of our own. With some trial and error we got to know the honest and legal builders who provided a set commission built into their house prices. Therefore, no hidden extras on the price of a house.
